Offer Letters

Beginning Summer 2009, academic units are responsible for managing all offer letters. The Summer Term Office will no longer accept or maintain offer letters. However, units are required to issue and maintain signed copies of all offer letters. The Summer Term Office will randomly select departments for audit to ensure an official, accurate and and signed offer letter is on file. Audits will not occur before published deadlines.

 

Deadlines can be found on page 8 of the Summer Term Handbook and pertain to offer letters as well

as any data entry into Internet Native Banner (INB). Adhering to established deadlines allows ample

time to enter faculty members into the system and affords them the opportunity to obtain parking decals, e-mail access, and access to other services prior to the start of classes.

 

Please ensure all faculty members assigned to teach have a PEAEMPL record in INB.
